We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
